If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, sexpleasuretoys.com is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation

Orders made through sexpleasuretoys.com are subject to acceptance and availability. sexpleasuretoys.com  may choose at any time to cancel your order.

No contract will officially exist between yourself and sexpleasuretoys.com   until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept. sexpleasuretoys.com provides a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details page.

Your credit card is charged in the name of our parent company, Intraconnect Ltd.

Delivery Information

Larger or heavier deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for your delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if one cannot be obtained. If the the postal courier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office they will leave a ‘while you were out’ card telling you when and where you can collect it from or how to rearrange delivery.

Royal Mail (or the Courier Service) will hold your parcel for 7 days and if it is not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us.

If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you. We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or cheques. You can order through our web-site, by post, or by telephone. If you pay by credit card or debit card we will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed. If you pay by cheque we will despatch goods after the funds have cleared. Please make all cheques payable to Intraconnect Ltd.
